Our Approach to Refunds
At sorenquilos, we take pride in the quality of our company formation services. Sometimes things don't go as planned though, and we get that. This policy explains when you can request a refund and how the process works.
We've designed this policy to be fair and straightforward. No hidden clauses or confusing legal talk. Just honest information about what happens if you need your money back.
When You Can Request a Refund
You're eligible for a refund in several situations. We've handled enough company formations to know where things can go sideways, and we've built our policy around real-world scenarios.
- Services not yet commenced or delivered within 7 days of payment
- Duplicate payments made in error for the same service
- Government registration fees refunded to us after rejection
- Service cancellation before we've submitted your application
- Circumstances where we're unable to complete the service as described
Keep in mind that third-party fees already paid to government bodies or other agencies aren't refundable through us. That's outside our control, unfortunately.
Important Timeline Note
Refund requests need to come through within 30 days of your original payment. After that window closes, we consider the transaction final. Get in touch sooner rather than later if something's not right.
What's Not Eligible
Some situations fall outside our refund scope. This isn't about being difficult – it's about being clear on where our responsibility ends.
- Applications already submitted to government authorities on your behalf
- Consultation or advisory services already provided
- Changes of mind after work has commenced
- Errors in information you provided that led to application issues
- Services completed as agreed, regardless of your business outcome
- Annual compliance services after the first month has passed
The Refund Process
Submit Your Request
Send an email to info@sorenquilos.com with your invoice number, payment details, and reason for the refund. Include any relevant documentation that supports your request.
Initial Review
We'll acknowledge your request within 2 business days. Our team reviews your case against this policy and checks the status of any work completed.
Assessment Period
Most refund decisions are made within 5 business days. Complex cases might take up to 10 business days. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Decision and Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Bank processing times vary, but expect the funds within 10 business days total.
Partial Refunds
Sometimes a full refund doesn't make sense, but a partial one does. We calculate partial refunds based on work already completed and any non-recoverable costs we've incurred.
For example, if we've completed initial documentation but haven't submitted your application yet, you'd receive a refund minus our service fee for that documentation work. We'll always explain the calculation clearly before processing.
Payment Method Returns
Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days. Bank transfers take 7-10 business days. We can't speed up your bank's processing times, but we process our end promptly.
Service Packages
Bundled service packages are refunded proportionally based on services not yet delivered. Individual service pricing applies when calculating partial refunds for package deals.
Government Fee Returns
If government bodies refund fees to us (rare but it happens), we pass those refunds directly to you minus any non-refundable processing costs.
Disputed Transactions
If you're considering a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us first. Chargebacks create administrative headaches for everyone and often delay resolution.
We're reasonable people running a legitimate business. Most issues can be sorted out through direct conversation. Plus, going through us directly is almost always faster than the formal dispute process through your bank.
Changes to This Policy
We review and update this refund policy periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The current version applies to all transactions from the date posted at the bottom of this page.
Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
